Lal will report to Ajay Thrivikraman, MD of Bates Malaysia, and oversee accounts including 100 Plus, F&N Dairies, Honda, Levi's and Shell. He will team up with Frederique Covington, Bates’ head of planning, as part of our 30-strong planning team.
