Bates boosts planning team with Hutchison hire
Bates Singapore has appointed Rob Hutchison as strategic planning director. Hutchison, who was previously VP of brand consulting at DDB, will report to Bates MD Peter Skalberg, and heads a planning team that also includes strategic planners Elaine Lim and Wang Nai Yen. At DDB, Hutchison worked on such accounts at Tiger, ExxonMobil, Courts and UOB.
