Bates 141 Shanghai has new GM

SHANGHAI - Josephine Tsai (pictured), GM of Bates 141 Taiwan has been promoted to MD at Bates 141 Shanghai, as well as Soho Square, the regional agent for Avon, starting January 2009. She will report to Arthur Yu, CEO of Bates China and Taiwan.
