Bank NISP and OCBC appoint Lowe Indonesia

JAKARTA - Bank NISP has awarded its US$2.5 million advertising account to Lowe, which has also picked up a direct assignment for OCBC Bank, the Indonesian banking group's Singaporean owner.

The IPG agency displaces incumbent Y&R as Bank NISP's agency-of-record, and has also landed a local market assignment from OCBC Bank, although details of the brief are unclear.

Lowe beat Y&R, Euro RSCG, local shop Fortune to claim the Bank NISP account, and has been tasked to rejuvenate the brand in Indonesia's increasingly competitive banking sector.
