BA highlights Sydney in global campaign

SYDNEY - British Airways has unveiled a global brand campaign featuring Sydney-siders and their city which aims to convey the commitment BA makes to giving its customers an upgraded experience when they fly.

The TV spot, which was developed by BBH, shows BA staff serving drinks, cold towels and cushions in popular locations around Sydney in a bid to underline the airline’s service capabilities.

The spot uses real BA staff rather than hired talent. The campaign, which includes cinema, print, radio and online broke in the UK, with Zenith Optimedia handling media planning and buying.
