Assembly brings on board former Publicis exec to lead global delivery
Stagwell-owned media agency Assembly has tapped Shivaprasad Nair to lead its newly established Global Delivery offering.

The offering will combine talent and technological capabilities in Asia Pacific countries like India and the Philippines.

Nair's responsibilities include fostering a high-performance culture, prioritising growth, and ensuring alignment with Assembly's global strategic objectives. Nair will be based in Bangalore and report directly to Assembly Europe CEO Matt Adams.

Nair was most recently the vice president of Publicis’ Global Delivery offering in India and spent more than five years at the agency. Before Publicis, Nair also had stints at Google, Oracle and Infosys.

"We are invigorated by the fresh perspectives and seasoned expertise Shiva brings. His proven track record aligns perfectly with our goals and better positions Assembly as an efficient solution to the ever-evolving needs of our clients and our business,” said Adams.

“We're proud to have him on board and excited to see how he will transform our Global Delivery offering and help us achieve new levels of success.”

According to Campaign’s Agency Report Card 2023, Assembly’s new business growth in 2023 was at about 13% organically. The agency’s biggest win in 2023 was the global Lenovo account, with regions pitching independently. Performance work across Asia significantly boosted Assembly's growth in Australia and India, resulting in around 60 new hires.
