Asia takes four golds in promo Lions category
Asia has produced four gold Lions in the promo Lions category, with wins for Japan's Dentsu ('Ask Milk') and Hakuhodo ('The tyrant Habeneros'), JWT India ('Firestarter') - pictured - and 10AM Communications Singapore ('White Puzzle'). <BR><BR> Crispin Porter + Bogusky of the US triumphed overall though, with its 'Fast' campaign for VW Cars beating another favourite, Whybin\TBWA of New Zealand's 'Be the Ball' campaign for adidas. <BR><BR> The VW campaign for the new sporty GTI was based on the concept of 'fast' through quirky TVCs and a plastic figure, with copies selling handsomely over eBay.
