Arriwong to leave Burnett China

SHANGHAI - KC Arriwong has resigned from his position as national executive creative director at Leo Burnett Shanghai.

Arriwong tendered his resignation following a restructuring of the China national role at the agency.

Arriwong joined the agency’s Shanghai office in July last year after a stint as executive creative director at Publicis Hong Kong. He had previously worked at Leo Burnett in the US, Spain, Poland and Vietnam over a period of 11 years.

At Leo Burnett in China, the much-awarded creative oversaw the creative teams in Shanghai and Beijing, working with clients such as General Motors and McDonalds.

Creative leadership will pass to Atlee Ku, the agency’s executive creative director. The national ECD position will not be replaced following Arriwong’s departure.
