“I asked Charles to take on the role of launching Arc two-and-a-half years ago,” Kristula-Green told Media. “He feel he’s done as much as he can.”
No replacement will be sought for Cadell. “I am proud of what we have achieved, but it is time for me to move on and seek new challenges and opportunities,” he said. “This parting of ways is amicable.”
During his tenure at Arc, Cadell built the below-the-line network into a regional contender, bringing together disparate elements such as iLeo, Galeleo and Leo Activation. In addition, he built a regional team for Arc, CRM and interactive chief Damian Byrne and CD Mark Chung.
