Arc appoints Handel to head Singapore office
Arc Worldwide Singapore has appointed Nick Handel to succeed Paul Soon as general manager, following Soon's return to XM Singapore as general manager (Media, 16 June). <BR><BR> Handel was most recently managing director at Lavender, an independent direct marketing agency in New Zealand. Prior to Lavender, Handel was a board account director at Saatchi & Saatchi London.
