The news follows the promotion of Steven Pang from Japan general manager to regional director of Asia (Media, December 2, 2005).
The new hires are Bock Chak Peng, who joins as business-to-business communications agent, and Jacqui Lim, who will specialise in media and broadcast.
Bock joins from DHL, where she was regional marketing programmes manager, and will be part of Aquent's PR and communications recruitment division. Lim, meanwhile, arrives from MindShare Singapore, where she was a finalist in the IAS Hall of Fame Young Professional of the Year category in 2004.
"Jacqui (has) six years' experience, a lot of drive, an extensive network of contacts, and a thorough understanding of the media and broadcast sector," said Koh.
Aquent taps Koh for director post
Marcomms recruitment consultancy Aquent has followed its regional management reshuffle by bolstering its Singapore operation and elevating former area manager James Koh to the post of director.
