The move sees the agency split into three areas of responsibility: Asia-Pacific; Japan; and Australia and New Zealand. Based in Singapore, Steve Pang has been named regional director AP, Yoshiko Fujii has been elevated from country manager to regional director Japan, while former Spherion GM Lisa Norris has been appointed regional director of Australia and New Zealand.
The reshuffle also includes the appointment of AP CEO Greg Savage to the post of CEO international. Savage's remit includes all Aquent operations -- including Europe -- outside the US.
"All our managers who manage the various cities, will report to the regional directors, who will report to me," said Savage.

Marcoms staffing solutions agency Aquent has unveiled a new management structure for Asia-Pacific, in a bid to focus on the region's growth areas.
