AOL Advertising's Adtech to launch in Singapore

SINGAPORE - AOL Advertising's Adtech, a leading provider of ad serving technology, is set to launch in Singapore thus establishing a partner network in Asia-Pacific.

The company’s UK and Ireland head, Kit Desai, has been appointed as strategic commercial director for Middle East, Africa and Asia to manage Adtech’s expansion and development in these regions.

Adtech is a global provider of digital marketing solutions and AOL Advertising's ad serving platform. The company's flagship product is an integrated ad server solution which enables web publishers, ad networks, agencies and advertisers to manage, serve and evaluate virtually any kind of online advertising campaign including display, video and mobile formats.

Adtech customers currently include BSkyB, Hi-media, Gannett and Fox Networks.

According to a spokeswoman, the company’s strategy is to grow the business geographically and to build the brand in new territories while capitalising on its unique product solution and service focus.

She added: “Adtech is in a period of significant growth presently and will be heavily investing in MEA/APAC with new resellers as well as personnel over the next 12 months. We are very excited about developments in this new and emerging digital market.”

According to the company’s website, Adtech expanded into Australia last August and are also represented by local resellers in Pakistan and Thailand.
