Ang has moved from the Singapore-based media company to Malaysia, and will take on the role of executive advisor.
At MediaCorp, Ang was behind the launch of four free-to-air channels and a movie production company. But his experience in digital content marketing is the main reason for his hire, revealed a Media Prima source.
Ang has a brief to boost Media Prima’s broadband and mobile offering as well as generate new strategies for Media Prima’s local terrestrial TV business. Before his role as MD of MediaCorp Studios, he was head of airtime sales and marketing.
