Redundancies and cost-cutting by Hong Kong's advertising agencies are now so common, they hardly merit the front-page banner stories they once commanded. The fact that staff, structures and procedures have to change in order to cope with dwindling budgets and an ailing economy is now accepted, albeit reluctantly.
