Posters titled 'Aerial Scout', 'Critical Mission' and 'Missile Commander' showcase the various jobs available at the air-force, from fighter pilot to senior technician and radar technician.
The posters show military aircraft, while the body copy is set to look like movie credits but is actually a call to action to join the air-force.
FCB created the recruitment campaign. Robert Gaxiola, FCB creative director, said the agency gave the creative a movie poster look to dramatise and glamorise each job.
Gaxiola said FCB had presented this work to the air-force when it pitched for the account last year.
Although the agency lost in the final round, the air-force liked the poster idea and had FCB produce it as a one-off campaign, according to Glaxiola.
DDB, which won the pitch on the strength of its ideas for television, has yet to launch a TV campaign for the air-force. But the agency has since created a series of print and press ads for the recruitment drive.
