The campaign begins with a series of online teaser ads designed to build anticipation for the minute-and-a-half long campaign film. The story plays as a movie or graphic novel featuring French football star Zinedine Zidane.
Dressed in a mysterious Jedi-style outfit, Zidane plays the Godfather role in the campaign, reinventing and guiding every team player in need. He encounters Lionel Messi (another soccer superstar) in an Argentinean city and approves him as the essential ‘spark’ to create a strong team.

Together with this new football campaign, we aim to inspire people by showing what ‘Every team needs’ to be successful and the concept of ‘11 for 1’ - where every team unites and plays as one - as well as bring football fans closer to game,” says Colin Currie, managing director of adidas Hong Kong.
