Adidas adds Iris to retail roster

SINGAPORE - Adidas has added through-the-line agency Iris to its roster of retail marketing agencies in Asia Pacific.

The UK-based agency has been handed a number of projects without a pitch, thanks to its relationship with the German sportswear maker in Europe and the US.

An adidas spokesman confirmed the news, and said its retail marketing business is now shared between Iris and Tequila, its globally aligned below-the-line agency.

He said: “There is no clear dividing line to decide which agency we use. Depending on the campaign and concept, we will work with the agency that we feel will be able to provide the best possible service.”
