141 expands with Team-Mate deal

Ogilvy & Mather Taiwan's brand promotions division, Team-Mate Marketing Development and Services, will be merged with 141 Taiwan to form 141 team-mate.

As part of the 141 Worldwide network, 141 team-mate will focus on 'Behavior Transformation', and comes as the two agencies aim to strengthen 'Activation' services in the region. "Behavior transformation is a new approach to promotional marketing, employing assorted marketing events to lead consumers to channels and points of sales, offering keen consumer insight, and positively directing consumer behaviour to activate key purchase decisions," said Jeffrey Yu, president of Bates Asia Group and 141 Worldwide Asia. "These are just some of the ways in which this approach makes a vital difference for clients in branding the last mile." Set up in 1987, Team Mate has worked on Dove, Coca-Cola and Nokia.
