My Hong Kong Guide

We work very closely with the Hong Kong Tourism Board on their many campaigns, both locally and internationally. This year we launched the “My Hong Kong Guide” app for web, digital devices and Facebook, created to capture experiences of travellers to Hong Kong while managing their travel itineraries, offering suggestions of places of interest and having the ability to add friends and engage with other travelers based on interest, travel period and personal blogs.

Our client had an older ecommerce platform that did not represent the brand fairly and required an overhaul of the platform to meet today’s digital capabilities. Hong Kong Jockey Club has four business pillars: charity, membership, racing and football betting. The organization asked for a clearer distinction amongst them while maintaining the overall brand identity and its values. As for the customer experience, we were asked to create a fresh, sports-focused look and enhance usability of the HKJC.
