Digital Revamp

The past five years have seen football clubs and sporting clubs in general struggle to retain fan loyalty and interaction due to the rapid rise of social media. For English Premier League club West Ham United, listed by Forbes as one of the twenty most valuable football clubs in the world, their major challenge was to attract fans back to their official website. Fans had strayed to various online environments such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other sporting websites and apps. With their upcoming stadium move in mid-2016 to the world class Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, it was crucial for the Club to re-engage with fans through a revitalised official website with a visually stunning design and captivating content.

Revamp

Ocean Park Hong Kong needed to revive its digital presence to reflect its status as Hong Kong’s premier theme park and as the city’s ultimate destination of excitement. The greatest challenge was in consolidating over 1000 pages of content into a fun and easy to browse website that allowed users to intuitively discover exactly what they wanted to see, across all devices.

Immortalizing Happiness: MetLife Hong Kong’s Infinity App

MetLife Hong Kong launched their Infinity app and sought earned media coverage to further publicize the app’s unique features. However, they were unfamiliar with local media environment and had no experience working with journalists.

Designed to make people feel positive today through mobile, the Infinity app is a unique virtual time capsule, focusing on positive moments in life. It allows people to capture, store and share these special memories with their loved ones at a predetermined time in the future.

My Hong Kong Guide

We work very closely with the Hong Kong Tourism Board on their many campaigns, both locally and internationally. This year we launched the “My Hong Kong Guide” app for web, digital devices and Facebook, created to capture experiences of travellers to Hong Kong while managing their travel itineraries, offering suggestions of places of interest and having the ability to add friends and engage with other travelers based on interest, travel period and personal blogs.

Our client had an older ecommerce platform that did not represent the brand fairly and required an overhaul of the platform to meet today’s digital capabilities. City’super also wanted to enhance their digital brand experience and create a content rich site to support its eCommerce business.

Hong Kong Jockey Club Website Revamp

Hong Kong Jockey Club has four business pillars: charity, membership, racing and football betting. The organization asked for a clearer distinction amongst them while maintaining the overall brand identity and its values. As for the customer experience, we were asked to create a fresh, sports-focused look and enhance usability of the HKJC.
