Launch new life insurance policy that expands the criteria of who the policy holder can identify as their beneficiary, beyond legal spouse or immediate offspring. Among the first of its kind, this policy also follows the brand’s repositioning of its Insurance arm as HSBC Life. Campaign objective is to raise awareness of this new policy by building context that resonates among target audiences, meanwhile, raising brand awareness of HSBC Life and its new positioning.

The Macallan Global Travel Retail – The Harmony Collection Fine Cacao Release

The Macallan, a key brand under Edrington Group, was set to launch a new collection in their travel-exclusive range. However, no offline-to-online strategy had been planned for their in-store activations. Without an O2O strategy, the customer journey would be fragmented, isolating the opportunity to engage with customers to the in-store experience only. This would also be a missed opportunity for data collection, a key component to better understanding customer behaviour and campaign performance.

POCO Indonesia - Being a brand guardian angel

Klikpr was selected to be POCO’s PR partner for three consecutive years, each year bringing its own unique challenges for the agency to address. The first year was particularly challenging: with POCO only recently being established as its own identity independent of Xiaomi, the one question to answer was how to make the upstart brand stand out from its parent company and in a sea of near-identical smartphone offerings. Another not-so-easy challenge to answer was dispelling public perception towards POCO as a ‘cheap’ brand and instead shift the audience’s perspective to align with its brand value: extreme performance at extreme price. The PUMA #CaliTravelog was one of PUMA Southeast Asia’s biggest marketing campaigns of the year. The six-month-long campaign was developed to promote the relaunch of the iconic ‘80s sneakers, the PUMA Cali across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. The market relaunch campaign took a multi-channeled approach utilising a variety of online and offline platforms to successfully reintroduce the classic sneakers to the modern audience.

Lenovo has been designing computer monitors for business use under the ThinkVision brand for 15 years. They offer full-function ergonomic stands, high performance specifications, multiple connectivity options and great value pricing. Over this time, it had exclusively used a channel marketing approach to communications giving its distributors all of the information and collaterals they needed to sell the product to their customers. Now in its anniversary year, it was time to think differently about ThinkVision marketing. Lenovo wanted to create a global brand enhancement program for ThinkVision that would connect directly with business customers and help drive sales with its distributors.

My Hong Kong Guide

We work very closely with the Hong Kong Tourism Board on their many campaigns, both locally and internationally. This year we launched the “My Hong Kong Guide” app for web, digital devices and Facebook, created to capture experiences of travellers to Hong Kong while managing their travel itineraries, offering suggestions of places of interest and having the ability to add friends and engage with other travelers based on interest, travel period and personal blogs.

Our client had an older ecommerce platform that did not represent the brand fairly and required an overhaul of the platform to meet today’s digital capabilities.
