XPENG has been present in the Thai market for nearly a year, yet its brand positioning remains unclear in the crowded Chinese EV segment. The key challenge is to establish a distinctive space that sets XPENG apart from competitors by bridging its strong global reputation with a locally relevant identity. At the same time, XPENG’s global vision as an Explorer of Future Mobility through breakthroughs such as flying cars, humanoid iron, advanced software, and next-generation technologies. This vision must be translated into the Thai context to differentiate XPENG and inspire consumers with a future-forward identity that is both global and local.

With its plush green hills and village atmosphere, Sai Kung is a peaceful paradise on just off the eastern edge of Hong Kong. But for the majority of Hong Kong residents, it might aswell be a world away. This was the problem facing Sino Group, the property developer behind the 285-unit Park Mediterranean project in Sai Kung: although it was building a top-quality residential complex in a magnificent natural setting, Sino Group knew it would be a challenge to draw out prospective buyers for viewing. Sino Group sought our help to:

Fendirumi Surprise

Fendi wanted to make a splash on the social media scene for the grand re-opening of their flagship boutique on Hong Kong’s famed Canton Road. They had to stand out amongst Hong Kong’s saturated market of luxury fashion brands and grab the attention of Hong Kong’s mobile-loving social media users.
Given the recent extraordinary success of Pokémon Go in Hong Kong, an AR (artificial reality) component was required for the re-opening’s cocktail party to fuel the buzz on social media and draw shoppers to the store.

My Hong Kong Guide

We work very closely with the Hong Kong Tourism Board on their many campaigns, both locally and internationally. This year we launched the “My Hong Kong Guide” app for web, digital devices and Facebook, created to capture experiences of travellers to Hong Kong while managing their travel itineraries, offering suggestions of places of interest and having the ability to add friends and engage with other travelers based on interest, travel period and personal blogs.
