The key challenge is to establish a distinctive space that sets XPENG apart from competitors by bridging its strong global reputation with a locally relevant identity. At the same time, XPENG’s global vision as an Explorer of Future Mobility through breakthroughs such as flying cars, humanoid iron, advanced software, and next-generation technologies. This vision must be translated into the Thai context to differentiate XPENG and inspire consumers with a future-forward identity that is both global and local.

Cetaphil, a cosmeceutical brand recommended by dermatologists for sensitive skin, sought to refresh its brand identity and reposition itself for a new generation. With an updated CI and tagline—“For everyone’s sensitive skin”—the challenge was to bridge the brand’s heritage with the lifestyle and digital-first mindset of Gen Z. The goal was not just awareness, but relevance: making Cetaphil a part of the everyday skincare conversation among young consumers.

POCO Indonesia - Being a brand guardian angel

Klikpr was selected to be POCO’s PR partner for three consecutive years, each year bringing its own unique challenges for the agency to address. The first year was particularly challenging: with POCO only recently being established as its own identity independent of Xiaomi, the one question to answer was how to make the upstart brand stand out from its parent company and in a sea of near-identical smartphone offerings. Another not-so-easy challenge to answer was dispelling public perception towards POCO as a ‘cheap’ brand and instead shift the audience’s perspective to align with its brand value: extreme performance at extreme price. Thirdly, instead of just wide, POCO went for deep: targeting very hypersegmented audience niches including gamers, skateboarders, fashion designers, and many such creative types. Strategic consultation and narrative development for Hyundai across the ASEAN region

Identifying anxiety around EV adoption as the main challenge for communications to tackle, Hyundai Motor Asia Pacific Headquarter) entrusted Klikpr to design specific and targeted PR narratives and campaigns to answer concerns toward range, charging infrastructure, and more. The agency had to have the capacity to craft strategic umbrella narratives aimed at strengthening the company’s positioning and mindshare as the leading mobility innovator in the region. At the same time, these umbrella narratives had to be broad enough to be paired with local insights, repurposed and broken down for use in individual markets across ASEAN. The agency was also tasked with building relationships with region-wide media.
