The challenge was to build emotional connection, boost shopper engagement, and offer customers a keepsake that would live on well beyond the pack and transform a purchase into a lasting brand memory. Singtel identified the need for an always-on engagement program benefits that solved their pain points, limited daily relevance, low habitual usage, and difficulty differentiating telco loyalty beyond connectivity. The brief was to design a simple, accessible engagement program that embedded Singtel into customers’ routines, encouraged frequent app interaction, and reinforced the brand’s position as a lifestyle enabler rather than a utility provider.

Marina Bay Sands (MBS) first won the bid to build a business-oriented resort in the heart of Singapore’s prime new business district in Marina South. With the architectural design of the resort finalised, they required MBS brand identity to be created for marketing collaterals such as the sales kit and folders to woo luxury retailers, dinning outlets, exhibitors, etc. to attract, invest and open their brand and stores in the resort.
