Whatever It Is, Gift It with Grab

Grab set out to increase daily transactions and basket size across its ecosystem, including GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabCar, by making everyday bookings feel more rewarding and emotionally engaging. The opportunity was to drive higher frequency of use among millennials and young families in key cities, while differentiating Grab beyond functional convenience. The brief called for a scalable campaign that could build excitement, strengthen customer preference, and encourage repeat behavior across multiple services, rather than relying on short-term price incentives.

KFC COLONEL’S HEIRS

KFC Thailand set out to deliver a national-scale campaign that would reward everyday customers while generating mass excitement and cultural relevance. Built around Colonel Sanders’ 9.9 Birthday, the brand wanted to create a promotion that went beyond a typical QSR giveaway, one that could drive high participation through simple entry mechanics, increase perceived winning opportunities, and stand out through distinctive storytelling rooted in Thai traditions of fortune and inheritance. The brief was to engage communities across Thailand with an accessible purchase threshold, strengthen customer loyalty, and create a campaign experience that felt both entertaining and highly rewarding.

Calitravelog Southeast Asia Anchor Campaign

The PUMA #CaliTravelog was one of PUMA Southeast Asia’s biggest marketing campaigns of the year. The six-month-long campaign was developed to promote the relaunch of the iconic ‘80s sneakers, the PUMA Cali across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. The market relaunch campaign took a multi-channeled approach utilising a variety of online and offline platforms to successfully reintroduce the classic sneakers to the modern audience.

The KTM 200 Duke, while metro cities accepted this KTM’s product with open arms, KTM’s long-term success needed the acceptance of customers from smaller towns and tier 2/3 cities in India. The brand needed a lot of groundwork to educate, inform and build awareness and excitement for the products. Thus, Program Orange Days and Orange rides Country wide, a platform for KTM owners to gather and meet fellow owners and enthusiasts. KTM through such events also allowed bike owners to appreciate the ample thrills that a KTM bike can provide on a race track. Ujjivan Small Finance Bank (Ujjivan SFB) started its operations as a Small Finance Bank in February 2017. Prior to which it had functioned as a microfinance company and was ranked among India’s top three microfinance operations, with 450 branches in 24 states and a clientele of 3.71 million people who did not have easy access to formal credit. In 2015, when Ujjivan SFB got a license to convert itself to a Small Finance Bank (SFB), it had to convince its existing microfinance customers, most of them at the bottom of the socio-economic pyramid, to trust its new small finance bank operation, equipped with biometric ATMs that collected deposits and doled out money at the touch of a finger.
