Planning & Execution
We have enhanced AEON Vietnam's brand mascot, Meon-chan, to resonate better with our target audience and to make marketing efforts more user-friendly. Additionally, we have introduced a Meon-chan sticker pack called “Meon-chan don tet” on Zalo to commemorate the Vietnamese New Year.
Effectiveness / Results
The “Meon-chan don tet” sticker pack has gotten more than 500,000 downloads in 8 weeks and the new Meon-chan design is applicable in all AEON supermarkets.
