Jones Lang LaSalle EMEA Website Migration from SharePoint to Adobe Experience Manger


Jones Lang LaSalle briefed Rage on a large migration project of 32 regional websites from the EMEA region.
The websites had to be migrated from Sharepoint 2013 to Adobe Experience Manager for 23 countries.

Right from content mapping of bespoke pages into new site components and rebuilding the pages in AEM was required. As well as redesigning and rebuilding of bespoke digital tools.

Baselined language master sites for easy adaption of structure and content into other countries.

Planning & Execution


Rage chose to implement the “Kanban” Methodology which helped in efficient utilization of resources and to deliver the project on time.

Utilized JIRA as project management tool to implement the Kanban method and dashboard to get a snapshot of the progress.

Effectiveness / Results


All the websites were delivered on-time.

Effective organizing of content led to successful execution of the project.

The right choice of project management methodology ensured in reducing the delivery cost and lower the TAT to the client.

Multiple appreciations from the client which led to an opportunity to bid for Phase-2, to streamline all the websites worldwide (79 websites).
