BMW Kinect
To promote the launch of BMW’s “compact outside, roomy inside” 2 Series Active Tourer, the brand had a digital installation set up at this year’s Tennis Open event to engage its target audience and to serve as a sneak peek of the new model, and recruit public from onsite registration.
Planning & Execution
Using Microsoft Kinect to read user’s motion, Designercity created an interactive game that allowed audiences to learn more about the brand new car through a personality test. With questions like “What is your active personality”, through straightforward user action, a visually enticing video would be generated to demonstrate the particular personality trait and see how that translates to a car suited to the person’s style.
