Imperial Blue Event Launching

Imperial Blue, also known as IB, is a kind of whisky wine belonging to Pernod Ricard and launched globally in 1997. It is a perfect blend of Indian grain spirits and imported scotch malts. In Nov 2018, Pernod Ricard organized a media event to officially present Imperial Blue and a new drinking way to Vietnamese market.

Planning & Execution

The comedian couple Thu Trang – Tien Luat, who are greatly well-known with their interesting roles Ms. 13 – Mr. Duong Bang of the same name web movie, are invited to the brand representatives with a super decisive battle. Their battle initiated from Thu Trang’s curious post on social network complaining her husband’s new habit of going out, beer drinking, not caring about family. This made Tien Luat impatiently want to respond Thu Trang in Imperial Blue event.

In the event, the couple had a face to face battle on the stage which disclose Tien Luat’s ugly beer drinking habit and its terrible consequences. To end up the ballte, Tien Luat introduced a totally new whisky to get rid of that old kind of drink, which has been the cause for unbearable odor, a “pregnancy” belly and the “heavy” burps that make our family grow more and more... distant. Is is Imperial Blue whisky with a new drinking way “1 wine – 2 ice – 3 mix – Step up”, a drink helps the party more joyful but remains the spirit of responsible drinking.

Joining Imperial Blue whisky launching event and the super battle of couple Thu Trang – Tien Luat was the appearance of numerous VIP guests, celebrities in Vietnamese showbiz and the press.
