Havas Worldwide India has strengthened its creative team with the appointment of four new executive creative directors: Arjun Jetly, Neharika Awal, Ajitesh Verma, and Monish Gupta. Based in Gurugram, they will report to Anupama Ramaswamy, chief creative officer at Havas Worldwide India.

Jetly, rejoining from Cheil India, previously developed successful campaigns for Durex and has worked with The Glitch, among other agencies. His portfolio includes campaigns for brands such as Veet, Mirinda, Doritos, Cadbury, MG Motor, Adobe, Eno, and Horlicks. He has received awards at Cannes Lions, Effies, and ABBYs.

Awal, coming from an eight-year tenure at Dentsu, has also been affiliated with Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, and DDB Mudra. She has received Effies and ABBYs awards and has worked with brands such as Honda Cars, OLX, Biba, Canon, and Dominos.

Verma's background includes positions at Wunderman Thompson, BBDO India, McCann Worldwide, and Leo Burnett. He has worked on projects for Meta, The Times of India, Flipkart, PhonePe, and Mountain Dew Global.

Finally, Gupta has joined from a background at Leo Burnett, Dentsu, Lowe Lintas, J Walter Thompson, and Cheil. He has managed a diverse portfolio including Maruti Suzuki, Honda Bikes, Citroën, LG, Samsung Phones, Myntra, and Burger King.

Anupama Ramaswamy welcomed the new team members, noting their dynamic and innovative approach, which she believes will enhance both the brand projects and the team dynamics at Havas Worldwide India.

"They are a dynamic bunch, brimming with new ideas, each having their own individual strengths, which will not just help the brands we work on but also the teams. I believe in their capabilities and mindset to take Havas Worldwide India to newer heights," Ramaswamy shared.
