Sinson has been a mainstay at the agency, having been around since it first opened in 2005. Some clients he has worked with in the past include Smart Telecommunications, PLDT, Del Monte, TV5, and John Robert Powers. In addition, his iPod campaign for retail franchise Tower Records marked DM9's first work to be recognised at Cannes.

Meanwhile, Hernandez joined DM9 in 2006 working on accounts including the Smart Department of Tourism, Tower Records, Gabriela, Red Mobile and Schering Plough among clients in his portfolio. His poster for Mini Cooper entitled 'Roller Coaster' helped DM9 receive its first ever Cannes Silver Lion award.

Aside from being recognised for their creative work, both creative directors are lead guitarists for bands in the local scene. Sinson plays for the band MartyMcFly while Hernandez struts his guitar skills for Moonstar 88.
