Technogym – 618 Tmall Promotion
Technogym is a leading global fitness equipment designer, manufacturer, and service provider from Italy. Technogym has been an official Olympic Games supplier for fitness training services since 2000.
In late 2018, we accompanied the brand into opening B2C sales channels and built awareness as a high-end luxury brand among Chinese consumers.
Planning & Execution
Based on thorough market research, we established a more accurate target audience and hero product for Technogym in the domestic market.
We also developed a yearly sales plan and 3-year provisional plan. We further formulated a marketing strategy to establish and promote the brand.
We created educational videos to help consumers better understand the in-home wellness experience.
We combined in-store promotions with out-store promotions to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and expand the customer base.
Effectiveness / Results
We reached our first year KPIs within 8 months, doubling them within 7 months the second year.
