After thoroughly analysing the customer journey and traffic funnels, we refined the target audience, effectively generating leads from TikTok to online sales. We found legal solutions to promote whisky in alignment with social media regulations. Instead of showcasing the product directly, we animated the label. We used media channels outside of Tmall to drive external traffic to the platform. We expanded the potential customer base and built brand awareness.
