Unionpay Smart forges DMP/DSP deal with Isobar China using payment data
SHANGHAI - UnionPay Smart, a subsidiary under the Chinese payment provider specialising in big-data applications, has launched a data deal with Isobar China that the two claim is the first crossover collaboration between the financial and marketing-communication industries.
