Microsoft Asia appointed Marina Levina as Asia director of communications. Levina has 25 years' experience including 10 at Microsoft, where most recently she led commercial communications in Asia. Before that, she led Microsoft's comms team in Russia and was VP of comms at Ericsson in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Levina's new role sees her lead the regional communications team, which supports 17 APAC markets.
In addition, Microsoft also appointed Edelman Singapore as agency of record covering corporate, commercial, consumer and analyst relations at the Asia HQ level. The appointment doesn't affect Microsoft's existing comms agency relationships in individual markets across Asia.
French branding and design agency Team Creatif has opened in Singapore, its second APAC office following Jakarta which opened in 2014. The new office is headed by managing director Roger Mulchandani, formerly head of business at Dentsu X, supported by regional creative director Jerome Lecabellec.
MSL has named Nicole Scull as MD and global leader of the agency's P&G business. Previously, Scull was an SVP at MSL, leading the P&G feminine care team and baby care team for North America. She began working at MSL in 2008 as a VP, a position she held until 2013, when she was promoted to SVP for consumer.

De Waas worked as programmatic manager and specialist at VMLY&R and OMD in New Zealand, while Poosalingam was performance director at Dentsu Aegis Network NZ and has been an optimisation specialist at Google.
Gary Teo has returned to VMLY&R Asia to become the agency's managing director of experiences and technology. Teo led the agency's technology practice when he first joined VML(Y&R) in 2013 but most recently was marketing technologies lead at Accenture. Teo's immediate focus will be working with clients on applying customer experience (CX) and data-driven marketing technology.
