To entice students to join the advertising industry, a program called “Ad Week 2013” devised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of Hong Kong (HK4As) included a showcase in the City University of Hong Kong and 'open days' at member agencies during 25-27 September. Over 1,000 students participated in various seminars, talks, one-on-one mentoring sessions, job-shadowing office tours, and drink parties.
