Y&R’s Zep Pod initiative is an in-house digital agency designed to capture the best local digital graduates.

It marks the second market the initiative has launched in following the introduction of the scheme in Indonesia and The Campaign Palace in May.

Five fresh graduates have already been selected in Vietnam, and have already started their training with digital shop VML Qais, which provides Y&R’s digital backbone in the region.

“They've fitted in wonderfully and their energy is contagious,” said Matthew Collier, CEO of Y&R Vietnam. “They have designed their own agency identity and are working on a live project for presentation to clients.”

In its search for the digital graduates, Y&R Vietnam has worked closely with RMIT International University Vietnam, the Asian hub of Melbourne-based University RMIT.
