KUALA LUMPUR - Wong Fatt Weng, managing director, is leaving Bates141 Malaysia after three years.

He is expected to join as the general manager for a leading personal care organisation in early September.

Prior to this position, he was marketing director at Johnson & Johnson Malaysia.

He has more than 18 years of experience in brand and sales management, boasting a comprehensive understanding of market research, new product development, sales, distribution, product positioning, pricing, packaging, promotion and advertising.

In May, Bates 141 Malaysia appointed Martin Voon as director of brand and marketing activation, as part of a strategic move to strengthen its marketing and field activation services.
