SINGAPORE - Tiger Airways has selected Interactive Hub as its media sales rep for its www.tigerairways.com website.

Steve Burns, COO of Tiger Airways, said iHub and Tiger aim to capitalise on the growing trend of online travel bookings in Asia Pacific. As much as 95 per cent of Tiger Airways flights are booked online at the airline’s website.

According to Kenniess Wong, regional MD of iHub, DoubleClick figures show that TigerAirways.com reaches out to more than 1.5 million unique visitors per month, with an average of five pages per visit. He said iHub will be targeting advertisers from the finance, consumer electronics, tourism boards, and MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions) sectors.
