TBWA and Tequila name account chief for Pernod Ricard China

SHANGHAI - TBWA and Tequila have created a new integrated senior role for key client Pernod Ricard, naming Kit Lam-Cao as group account director across the two agencies.

According to an agency statement, the hire marks the first time that TBWAGroup China has created an integrated role in this manner. Lam-Cao arrives at the agency with 10 years experience, including stints at Diageo and Ogilvy Action.

“Kit is absolutely perfect for this role, which is a unique opportunity,” said Jocelyn Yong, general manager at TequilaChina. “Pernod Ricard now has an integrated service account team leader bringing a holistic, 360-degree approach to the above-the-line and below-the-line activity.”
