Both senior executives will report and work with Ravi Bhaya, technical advisor of Starcom MediaVest Group Indonesia.

Dian returns to the agency following a previous stint on its P&G planning team until her departure in 2006.

In her role as business director heading P&G, Dian will be responsible for bringing thought-leadership in key areas, driving innovation and spearheading excellence in executions.

Meanwhile, Rahardjo, who has been leading the growing digital practice of Starcom Indonesia, will now be tasked to expand the agency's engagements in the social media and mobile space while overseeing the creation of branded entertainment properties through partnerships and strategic tie-ups as head of LiquidThread.

"I'm delighted that Aloysia is back at Starcom to head the P&G business. While she has worked on the same business in the past, she now brings a fresh perspective having experienced the burgeoning marketplace from the outside. Ruwie has played an exceptional role in driving scale to our digital business and given her background in content development, she is a natural fit to spearhead the two growth drivers," commented Bhaya on the appointments.
