In her new role, Divinagracia will be responsible for driving business for the agency by further developing and training its team, identifying new prospective clients, and supporting existing clients.
She joins Rapp from OgilvyOne where she was business director for the Philippines market, leading a team in strategic creative development and client service for multi-brand customer relationship management (CRM) and digital campaigns.
Her most recent work for OgilvyOne was a FMCG-beauty category branding project in Vietnam.
She brings over seven years' experience of FMCG and telecom brand specialist skills to the new role. Her skills include CRM strategy development, identification of key audience segments, value propositions, and contact plans in both digital and traditional channels.
