Nurun scoops Olay website overhaul

SHANGHAI - Olay is to revamp its Chinese website after Procter & Gamble reappointed Nurun China to the brand's digital account.

Nurun scoops Olay website overhaul

The site will be upgraded to meet the needs of Olay’s growing consumer base in China. Nurun, which first won the business last summer, will also create sites for brand’s forthcoming campaigns.

"Beauty is the number-one topic of conversation among women online," said Yann Lombard-Platet (pictured), managing director of Nurun China. "Their needs for information, advice and more are evolving very rapidly.
To be recognized as the leader on the beauty industry, Olay owes it to its audience to bring to them the best and latest in online beauty experiences. They want to be amazed."

Nurun, which won the Olay account following a pitch, has steadily been expanding its P&G digital business. Earlier this year it secured the Pringles online digital campaign, and last month launched a user-generated campaign for the brand at www.pringlesxyz.com.

The campaign is built around personal records (the best, the furthest, the longest, etc.). It asks consumer to upload their own and vote for the best on the site.
