As Campaign UK wrote, "British Gas seeks to occupy a warm spot in consumers’ hearts with a new cutesy CGI campaign." 

Nothing wrong with that, especially when the energy provider becomes the second UK brand in the last few months to wisely feature squirrels in its advertising.
