Chinadotcom announced the appointment of Mr Zhou Shun Ao,

previously chief China officer of Chinadotcom, to its board of

directors.



The company also announced the resignation of Mr David J. Moore, CEO of

24/7 Media, from the board of Chinadotcom.



"We welcome Mr Zhou to the board and look forward to his valued

contribution to the board," said Mr Raymond Ch'ien, chairman of the

board of Chinadotcom.



"We also wish to express our appreciation for the support that Mr. Moore

has given to us in the past two years."
