Mindshare named Cannes Lions Media Network of the Year

Starcom and MediaCom took second and third places.

Mindshare has been awarded Media Network of the Year at the 2019 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

The GroupM network succeeds sister shop MediaCom, which won the accolade last year but slipped to third place in 2019.

Publicis Groupe’s Starcom is second place in this year’s awards and MediaCom third.

Nick Emery, global chief executive of Mindshare, said: "Mindshare is a team sport and never is that more true than when the agency is rewarded for its work in awards shows.
