Kensington appoints Weber Shandwick for Australia PR duties

SYDNEY – Kensington, a technology accessory supplier, has appointed Weber Shandwick for PR duties in Australia following a pitch.

According to a statement, Weber Shandwick will assist Kensington in building awareness in the consumer and enterprise fields.

In the statement, Sam Goldstein, Kensington’s manager of marketing and business development, pointed to the “need for a fresh strategic PR agency partnership that would contribute to continued growth in both the consumer and enterprise markets”.

Kensington’s product range includes security, smartphone, tablet and computer accessories. While the company’s business is based on security products, it has recently seen growth as a result of diversification into the tablet and smartphone accessory market.
