iProspect appointed Matthew Schone as APAC chief product officer and Alex Oakden as APAC head of strategy. Both appointments are effective immediately and are based in Singapore.

Schone was previously vice president of product for Lazada Group, and also has China experience with Walmart. At Lazada he was responsible for the company’s product roadmap and managed its development capabilities and tools. At iProspect he will oversee product development, adoption and commercialization across 14 markets, the agency said in a media release.

Oakden is being promoted into his new role from his prior slot as client leadership director, where he led integrated media strategy for brands including Adidas, L’Oréal and VF Corporation. He will be responsible for "future-focused strategies" and supporting the development of insights and products.

“Maintaining a dynamic approach to product development and innovation is imperative to drive digital transformation for brands," Joanna Catalano, APAC CEO of iProspect, said in a release. "Matthew and Alex bring a wealth of experience beyond performance, which is critical as we continue to redefine our proposition in the digital economy.”
