Fortress stresses appliance longevity over flashy features

This new 20-second spot for Fortress, launching today, makes reference to the company's 30-year history in Hong Kong while emphasising the durability of its in-house brand. The campaign, based on the belief that people value reliability more than "flash in the pan" features, includes TV, print, in-store point-of-sale materials, and digital.

As a Hong Konger who's currently looking for new housing, Ad Nut can't help but notice the unrealistically large size of the flats shown in the ad. Anyone who could afford that much space in this town could buy a new refrigerator (even the flashiest flash-in-the-pan model) every day of the week if they wanted to.
